The strength area is split into 6 separate pods. Each pod contains: a power rack, an adjustable weights bench, a cable unit, barbells, a set of dumbbells and kettlebells and a selection of plyo boxes. We also have a para-pod which is designed for para-athletes and includes a wheelchair treadmill and grappler rope. This strength area is used for our strength classes and personal training sessions but can also be booked out by members outside of class times.
Conditioning Area
The conditioning area is where our HYROX and youth strength & conditioning sessions take place. This conditioning area consists of an 8-bay rig, 10 metre astro turf track, pushing sleds, battle ropes, wall balls, 6 rowing machines, 6 air bikes and 6 ski machines.
Group Training
Here at Gymteq we offer a range of personal training and group training services. Our group training programme is ideal for those who enjoy working out with others in a fun and supportive environment. All group sessions are coach-led with a maximum of 12 participants in each class. The gym space has been designed with these group sessions in mind, to ensure that everyone attending has enough space and equipment to complete their session without any interruptions.
