Starts on the day of purchase. Valid for 30 days. 1 free taster session. Sessions available on the free taster include: Lift, Sweat, Foundation, Over 60s Fitness, HYROX, Gymteq Academy
This membership gives you 4 sessions per calendar month. You can choose from any sessions on offer including the exclusive performance pod open gym sessions.
8 sessions a calendar month. You can choose from any sessions on offer including the exclusive performance pod open gym sessions
12 sessions a calendar month. You can choose from any sessions on offer including the exclusive performance pod open gym sessions
16 sessions a calendar month. You can choose from any sessions on offer including the exclusive performance pod open gym sessions

4 Gymteq Academy sessions a calendar month
60-minute session with one of our expert personal trainers
Membership also gives you the option of booking an open gym slot. These slots are available to book outside of class times and give you exclusive access to one of our performance pods which include: a power rack, an adjustable weights bench, barbells, a set of dumbbells and kettlebells. A specialist para-performance pod is also available for our disabled members. The conditioning equipment is available for you to use during these booking slots.
Class packs are a flexible, pay‑as‑you‑go bundle of sessions that allows you to book into any eligible class without committing to a full membership. All class packs come with a 3‑month expiry, so sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase.
