Over 60s Club

The Gymteq 60+ Club programme has been designed to safely develop physical strength whilst enhancing stability and coordination. Our sessions focus on progressively increasing weight-bearing training to promote bone health and encourage a range of aerobic exercises to also boost cardiovascular health.

Membership at Our Gym

Group training is the cornerstone of what we offer here at Gymteq. Our group programme is ideal for those who want to work hard with others in a fun and supportive environment. All group sessions are coach led with a maximum of 12 participants in each class. The gym space has been designed with these sessions in mind, to ensure that everyone has enough space and equipment to complete their session without any interruptions.
