Lift is a coach led full body strength session incorporating the fundamental movement patterns of squat, hip hinge, lunge, push and pull. These sessions take place in the strength area and use the performance pods. With a focus on technique and movement quality these sessions can be adapted to accommodate a range of different abilities and experience levels. Lift sessions are programmed in 4 week blocks so you get the chance to progressively increase loads and build strength over the weeks.
Group training is the cornerstone of what we offer here at Gymteq. Our group programme is ideal for those who want to work hard with others in a fun and supportive environment. All group sessions are coach led with a maximum of 12 participants in each class. The gym space has been designed with these sessions in mind, to ensure that everyone has enough space and equipment to complete their session without any interruptions.
