This session is ideal for those who are new to strength training or just want to spend some time learning the basic barbell lifts. These sessions focus on teaching the foundational barbell exercises such as squats and deadlifts. The emphasis is on mastering technique and building strength and confidence with the lifts.
Group training is the cornerstone of what we offer here at Gymteq. Our group programme is ideal for those who want to work hard with others in a fun and supportive environment. All group sessions are coach led with a maximum of 12 participants in each class. The gym space has been designed with these sessions in mind, to ensure that everyone has enough space and equipment to complete their session without any interruptions.
