Zoe completed her degree in General Studies with a focus on Nutrition and Psychology at the University of Missouri, where she was also a student athlete. Alongside her academic background, she holds a Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
As a retired professional footballer, Zoe brings a unique blend of elite sporting experience and evidence-based nutrition knowledge.
